Hi Scott,
   I tried the MS Speech program you mentioned. While I like the quality of
speech, my only complaint is that when you're selecting a person, you have
to wait at least 30 seconds or longer before you hear the new voice. This is
something that the other synthesizers I use don't do. On the other ones I
have installed, I get instant access to the other voices immediately.
