Here you go. I chose MS Speech as my third synthesizer, so you'll want to
change your entries accordingly. The lines from my jfw.ini appear as follows:

Synth3Name=MSSpeech
Synth3LongName=Microsoft Text-to-Speech Engine
Synth3Port=
Synth3Driver=MSSpeech
