microsoft speech and force question?

Hi,
I have jfw32 and ms speech. Henter Joyce says I have no s m i's available
so I can't get jfw33 for free like I got jfw32. So, since jfw32 doesn't
support the ms speech, can I force it to?
What I mean is: put in the jfw.ini file the following lines which may not
look or be correct.
synth3name=mstts
synth3longname=microsoft speech for win95
synth3driver=c:\program files\mstts.dll
port=no
end synth

Could I do this?
