I'm a little confused here. I keep reading that there is 2 files that you
need to execute before running MS speech. I don't understand why you need
to do this. I went to the Microsoft site and downloaded the ms speech
engine from there and Installed it. Then I reinstalled JFW 3.3 and
rebooted. The MS speech engine runs great and I didn't install this other
file. Anybody have any ideas why this worked this way?
