Yes. Henter-Joyce is trying to push their SMA. I like the JFW product, but I have
big problems with the way H-J handles their
upgrades. Absolutely terrible. Not only is JFW the most expensive screen reader, but
it is the most expensive to maintain. Your
best bet is to go ahead and purchase the SMA to reduce future maintenance costs of
JFW. Think of the SMA as a subscription to
an expensive magazine.
