reading windows 98 help topics with jfw

hi there gang, can anybody give me a hand it reading windows help topics?
I click on the topic I want to read, but jaws does not read it.
I try using the jaws cursor, but it reads something different to what I have
solekted.
what I want is for jaws to read the topic when I click on it.
