Lee,
I'm afraid that rebooting has the opposite effect. I can delete, for
example, one of my JFW shortcut key combinations such as Control+Alt+J and
then redefine it. It only works until I reboot the computer. It's as if
the operating system is misreading the list of shortcuts at startup.
