Hi all
A few reminders for people.
1. Any reply you want to make to a message should go at the top. This
means before the quoted text of the message you are replying to. It takes
too long to find replies if it is not at the top.
2. Cut down the original message as much as possible. The larger the
message, the longer it takes to process. It doesn't take long to cut down
a message to the essential information.
3. Subject lines, The subject line should be descriptive. Having a
subject line that says "none" or "help" is not enough.
