Message Voice

Just curious, has anybody ever heard JFW 3.3 speak using the message voice available 
in JFW 3.3? I was noting that my Eloquence is set to use a female voice for message 
voice, but I have yet to hear it even though I see that my Outlook Express scripts use 
ot_message as the output mode for messages like "Delete Message".  Is there perhaps 
something I should do to make the message voice active?
