May be they just don't understand simple English.
Try writing in Greek, give them a piece of your mind and see if you got a
response.
At least you may surprisingly find them comming back to you asking what you
were trying to say <smile>
I may want to write to them in Indonesian and hopefully they might consider
supporting the language <grin>
