I was told that the problem with the foreign accent marks was a dectalk
problem.  So I got intouch with the dectalk people, and she told me how to
up date my drivers, and I really did not believe this would work, but the
other day, I saw a message with a whole bunch of different french accent
marks, and I did not crash.  I don't know what eloquence does, because I
only would use it in case of an  imergiency such as when my dectalk use to
crash.
