reading properly in outlook - in highlight mode

Right after I sent the first message regarding this problem, I noticed that
I amade a mistake; I was in the say all mode and have now switched to the
highlight mode, and now I notice that it will read the one before then the
current line the cursor is on.  This means that when you are on a message in
a folder, and then go to the next, it will read the one you just left and
then the one you are on.
