I give up!
For over a year now I have been trying to figure out the secret to
registering on the web. What is the secret in using jfw to register, order
a product, sign up or whatever on the web?
I am baffled, since I can go to some sites and register without any
difficulty, using the pc cursor all the time, while at other sites I can
only get into the registration field by using the jaws cursor and routing
the pc cursor to the jaws cursor and in other cases I can just use the PC
cursor and control+tab to the various fields to be filled in like:
Last name: "usually followed by the word sound edit.
Then I can tab to the next field using control+tab and it will say
email address: also followed by the word edit. This continues from field
to field on some web sites but not in others.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, even using different cursor
combinations. A lot of the time the PC cursor will not route to the jaws
cursor.
Is there a script for jfw to use with filling in signup fields and
registration forms. I can always solve the problem by getting a sighted
person to just click on the registration form and clicking on each field
presented and filling them accordingly. I would really like to be able to
do this without sighted help.

I really like those registration programs or forms which tell you at the end
to submit form now by pressing the submit button.
I may have a problem just trying to figure out when I am in a particular
registration field, since when I click on some links called register or new
member, where a registration form is presented and somewhere in the babble
you hear the word name, but it just babbles on naming link after different
link.
