Hi Bob,

Thanks for getting back to me about Eloquence crashing.  Well, ol' Merv is
back.  I made an interesting discovery:  if I'm in my JAWS cursor, Eloquence
will read the line that has his name--which is spelled Merv Keck--and the
subject of his message.  As soon as I switch to the PC cursor, everything
stops when I do a say-line or arrow down to the line.  BTW, I just
downloaded the demo of JAWS 3.3 and the same thing happens.  Any ideas?  I
haven't figured out how I could send his message to you, though, since when
I'm in the pc cursor I can't function once I land on it.  Any ideas given
this new info?  Thanks so much for your time.
