In OutLook Express there is no PC cursor, you have to review using the
Jaws cursor, and/or reply with quoting turned on, and/or save the
message as a text file before you can use the control arrow to read
through the message.
The JFW tapes recommend using the control-insert-down arrow which
reads the message with the jaws cursor, using control page down to
completion. Personally I only do this when I want to review something
in a message partly because I have my jaws cursor set at a slower rate
of speed than I have the PC cursor.
