I forgot to mention you need first to check the grade2 option in the Config manager
under Braille.

I'm reading through the features tape, and noticed that reference seemed to
be made to a key to turn on the Grade 2 translator. The demo was using an
80 character display. I'm using the Braille Window 40, and wonder if such
a toggle is available? If not, which display was being referenced?
