Hi Muhammad,
The best way to open the configuration manager is to use Insert 6 (not f6).
Make sure you do it from within Real Player so that it is the configuration
file for Real Player that is modified.
You may be interested to know that Insert 2, opens a list of the managers
such as Configuration Manager, Script Manager etc.
By the way, Randy Stegall's solution sounds interesting. I must try it
some time.
