Hi,
I wrote a few days ago, and got some responds, but, the problem is still
there. I also need to know how to defrag my computer. I have jfw 3.3.025
and I have never defragged the computer, because I was told that it would
mess up jaws. I remember reading last year about people defragging and
forgot how to do this. Also I would like to know where the key for jaws is
located. I can not get Norton to update itself once it is installed. It
down loads but doesn't update itself. What am I doing wrong. Should I call
Henter-Joyce? I hope you all can help me. Thank you.
