Hi Les.
I am not quite sure I understand what you mean by you are no longer able to
read a message you reply to. Do you mean that when you press Control+R, or
what evere method you use to reply, a new message window pops up and the
original is no longer accessible? Please clearify.
With respect to capturing e-mail addresses:
1. when you have a message open, such as this one, place the JAWS cursor on
the header line containing the mail address you whish to capture. Then
place the JAWS cursor on the actual address.
2. Double click the mouse to activate the properties dialog box.
Alternatively, you can right click to bring up a popup menu and select the
first option which is properties.
3. When the properties dialog box opens you land on the button for adding
the address to your contacts list. When you press this button you can edit
and add information to the respective fields.
4. Exit all dialog boxes by pressing their respective Ok buttons. The new
address with nickname etc. Should be placed in your address book.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Vince.

Subject: RE: Outlook 98 Options
Hi Vince,
Your instructions for disabling Winfax worked perfectly. Thanks for that
assistance. I'm having some problems with Outlook 98, and would appreciate
yoru assistance. First, I can no longer read any messages I reply to. Last
night, I was able to do so, but as of today, I am not. I changed the font
to Times New Roman, but to no avail. Also, how does one quickly grab an
e-amil address. For instance, if I reply to a message from you, how can I
quickly give your address a knickname? I wll probably go back to Eudora
Pro, while we are working this out. Any assistance will certainly be
appreciated.
Best Regards,
Les
