Hi Walter,
It is created through TweakUi and is placed in the C:\Windows folder.
If you have TweakUi installed, select it from the Control Panel and
Control+Tab to the last dialog, named "Paranoia." You can select "Write
errors to fault log?" option. Anytime you get a system error, it is
appended to the faultlog.txt file.
