If any of you cruis the MP3 newsgroups and have seen the ads for the Juke-it-up MP3 player that uses Winamp, etc., don't bother. It's a nice idea, but totally unuseable by JFW users. The tree view for navigating to a directory where your MP3 files are stored is not much of a problem, but none of the buttons on the screen have text labels, they're invisible to to the JAWS cursor (except for the help button) and there are no tool tips except for one button which is how I figured out how to change directories in the first place. Because this software was written by a fellow hobbyist, not a company, there's little, if any, hope of getting its accessibility problems fixed, but you are welcome to tinker with it. I deleted the messages about it and did not bookmark the page, so I don't have the URL, but if you're an MP3 hound, you won't go far without encountering the advertisement, you can pick up the thing and try it yourself, maybe you'll have better luck than I did. P.P.S.: If you do find it and install it, you'll get a copy error on a DLL called Shdocvw.dll in the Windows system directory. This error can be safely ignored if you already have a copy of this file, which you most likely do because I think either JFW or Internet Explorer uses it. The date on my file was in '97, the date on the file in the Juke-it-up distribution was in '95. - Visit the jfw ml web page: http://jfw.cjb.net
