Hi I am replying to your question about Outlook 98. If you have set up your outlook
98 to handle faxes, then you will get this probelm. JFW is not locking up, rather a
WinFax dialogue is appearing on the screen. The only solution is to tab away from
this dialogue, once this has occurred, then the dialogue will not appear for that
session.

You can try and remove the account information for the Symantic WinFax account and see
if this helps.

someone on the list might have a better solution for removing the Symantic win fax
component from Outlook 98, without removing the ability of sending faxes from Outlook
98.

cheers
Sean.

Hi Again Folks: First of all I want to thank all the good people on
this list for all their help to everyone questions. Now for a
couple additional questions!
I am having a strange problem with JFW and Outlook 98. Whenever I
download messages things freeze up until I hit alt + tab to move
away from the download window. I tried downloading with JFW out of
memory and it worked fine. After the messages downloaded it went
back to the inbox message list. Anyone have ideas?
The second question is about G2. I downloaded the G2 player but
when I go to run it I get an error that states, I need to use more
than 256 colors. However, from what I understand 256 colors is what
I should be using with JFW. How have people gotten around this?
Thanks.
