The RealPlayer question is easy. on that screen, you need to uncheck the
box as if you actually _want_ to see the message in the future. It's a
bug where they got the toggle switched so that when you check the box, the
code actually continues to display the message. By unchecking it, you'll
make it go away.
On your loss of speech when downloading email ... how much memory do you
have on your system? I occasionally see similar things on my office
system and figure it's either a shortage of memory or something ... again
... to do with the video adapter. It's clear that JAWS is choking, but
trying to figure out why is the real problem.
