Hi Walt,
First you will need to turn on active graphics mode.  Then you will need to
find an option that you no is checked and label the graphic next to it as
"Checked" or something like that.  Then do the same for options that you
know art turned on.

Can anybody explain how you toggle these?  It's a tree display and there's
no way to tell what status any given item is in ... selected or not.  At
least, neither JFW 3.2 nor 3.3 announces anything indicating "selected" or
"not selected".  It's extremely confusing to me.
