JFW33 & Installing IE

I'm setting up a system, and wondered if it makes any difference to JFW33 if
I forgo the installation of IE4, and go straight to IE5.  Is there anything
that needs to be installed for JFW to work properly in IE4, or can I just
totally skip IE4 altogether?  Also is it necessary to install JFW32 before I
install JFW33?

Any and all help would be appreciated.
