Greetings.
Since the very short training tape for 3.3--the tape with all that music
on it--does not help with this issue: could some one please clarify which
scripts need to be downloaded for IE 4 and IE 5 when upgrading to 3.3. Also
could some one give hints as to which additional scripts need to be
downloaded again? There were 4 sets of IE 5 scripts. And also could some one
go through the key instructions which many of us did not get on the short
training tape.

Second issue:
For u S internet users: i checked with my Senator's Office. there is no
proposed bill to add an internet surcharge for U S users. there is a bill
number 602, but it has nothing to do with the internet. So U S Postal
Service is not taxing the internet.
