Thanks for that info! You are correct, putting that LeftMouseButton routine
in AutoFinishEvent wouldn't solve it, even as a temporary fix, and would
indeed cause more trouble than it fixed!
How about hitting Insert+Q for a while whenever you get to that point--it
does look as if JAWS icon gets the focus every time, but I'd like to be
sure. I'm trying a routine that checks the focused window, control id, type
code, and sub-type code to come up with enough conditions to have it issue
that command *only* when we want it to, and not when we try to enter the
JAWS window, or when tabbing through opened windows.
Can you turn on HomeRow and cycle through the different items to see if we
get the same info each time?
