Hi Folks,

Recently, I've noticed some messages regarding how to read html messages in
Outlook 98 with JFW. For those who are interested, I would be willing to
send you my modified Outlook98 scripts which allows for this. Essentially
what these scripts do is when you are arrowing down the message list then
decide you would like to read the message, my scripts will when you press
the enter key detect if the message is a html message and convert the
message on the fly to a plain text message for reading straight away or in
the future. Also, for those who like to use the preview pane (Yours truly),
if you know the message is a html one and this is usually indicated by the
fact that JFW doesn't announce anything when you tab to the preview pane
from the message list then you can press Shift+Alt+T (Reassign this key if
you wish) and the message will be converted to a plain text message on the
fly for you to read either in the preview pane or by pressing enter on the
message.

These scripts are only beta's and they assume you use Outlook 98 (don't know
if they will work in outlook express and frankly I don't care) but they work
for me. However, I would like to see if they will work for others. If you
happen to be interested in these modified scripts then please e-mail me
privately (my E-mail address can be found at the end of this message) and
I'll send them to you as a mime attachment only! Can't be bothered with
UUencoding except in special cases judge by me of course! Also, I would
appreciate any feedback on these modifications and this feedback can be
positive , negative or even flames! But don't expect me to reply to the
flames! *smile*.

Have a nice day! David.
