go to http://jfw.cjb.net and follow the links.
I was in the chat room the other day and there was no one there, perhaps it
was a different time of day.
You can use the java telnet client or you could try using the windows
telnet client if you aren't fussy about the say all function, or else,
you'll have to use teraterm or another telnet program.
