Donna -

Not true.  I have two hot keys ... one for 3.2 and one for 3.3.  As long
as I use different hot key combinations, it works just fine.

I've seen the problem of not being able to cursor from the General tab to
the Shortcut tab before but it's intermittent.  Usually, a system reboot
or just unloading and reloading JAWS has cured it.
