I've had that problem about a web site taking control and not being able to
get back to realaudio.
The ways I handled it was to set a hotkey for realaudio and to press that
when I wanted to get back to realaudio. I've also put an entry on my
desktop called "1realaudio", so that I can do an insert+f6 to minimize all
apps and then press 1 to focus on my desktop entry for realaudio and press
enter.

Hope this helps.
Bob
