Hi,
The only Norton program I know you have to remove your key for is speed
disc. The jaws key is a CPS file so I guess you could do a search of your
hard drive to see if you indeed had a CPS file listed. If you go into
windows explorer and enter on programs, when you press j, at some point,
probably the first item, will say jaws cps.

Subject: authorization key and scandisk, norton's antivirus
Good afternoon all,
Thanks so much for the help with moving the authorization key issue. Now
what i'd really like to know is whether you have to move it or not. i
really don't want to do if if i don't have to. one less thing to worry
about! i've heard from two people one on list and one off list that say no
you do not.
when i first got jfw 3.3.2 and then 3 and started working with it, i had a
situation where it appeared that my authorization key disappeared. it turns
out that even though jfw said it had successfully installed it, it had not
installed it at all.
anyway, i say all of that to say that i was told that scandisk, defrag and
norton's often destroyed authorization keys so it was better to remove them
before running those programs.
thanks again
