run scandisk and defrag.  also, believe it or not, depending on how
deep your path is, it just simply might not be findable.  here is
another shocker.  often, the documents menu has shortcuts in it to
documents that have either moved or been deletted.  find the file with
windows explorer and if you know that it is the actual file and not a
short cut, you should be able to open it successfully.  you can tell
if it is a short cut by looking at the path.  if it resides in the
recent folder in the windows folder then it is a shortcut.
