In my experiments with Microsoft Money 99 trial edition, I stubmbled upon a
service called checkfree, http://www.checkfree.com. This is supposedly a
bill [paying service that doesn't need to be tied to your bank to work,
i.e. if your bank doesn't support online bill paying, you can use these
guys and they will draw from your checking account using your bank routing
number at the bottom of all your checks. Enrollment is basically filling
out a form and sending a voided check along. I am a wineyes and jfw user. I
am wondering if anybody has tried this service, either with MM99, or their
web based service with jfw 3.2/3.3 or wineyes 3.1 and if it works. Also,
they offer a pay by phone feature, and I wish to know if that is a viable
alternative. I have only checked the site with Home Page Reader and it
seems a bit rough to deal with. Anybody know anything about this, or care
to assist me in this project?
