format text option

Does anyone on this list know of a way to toggle between the format reading
text option in Jaws 3.3?  Or is it necessary to go to the configuration
manager each time you want to make that change?  When I'm writing in word,
and while reading some files, I don't want that feature on; but while
editing files, I like to use it.  Thanks.
