Hi Allen,
I realized that JFD was a dos program but was just pointing it out to someone
who may not be aware of the fact that you have to install it from dos. As to
my having so many problems, I think it was because when Jim and I installed
it over the phone, we allowed the autoexec.bat file to be modified. I find
now that we probably shouldn't have done that. At any rate, it is now working
but I must exit to ms dos, type in cd.. then type in cd\dtexp then type in
dtexp again then type in jaws. I know that I had it on my previous computer
where it would load automatically on start up and again when I exited windows
but alas, no more. I do not take this personally. I am always happy to hear
other peoples thoughts and ideas. Regards, Lynn W.
