Of course, you are right. But I have loggged 12 phone calls to Microsoft and
have written mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] more times than I care to remember.
perhaps 200 people from this list will write mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] and
100 will write to Intuit. The point is with the growing importance of the
Internet in our lives and the number of banking functions switching to the
Internet, we are being left behind if these programs do not work for us.
