Hello Muhammad,

You can jockey it around to see what best suits you.  If you think there is
too much of a delay between the deleting of one message, and the reading of
the next message, then decrease it one level at a time until you start
getting the current message reread once deleted, then increase it by
one--that should tweak it to your satisfaction.
I have it set to 3 and only get a repeat every few days or so, so I don't
mind it at that frequency.
