I haven't had great success with this, but it can work Give this a try.
When you are using your jaws cursor and there's something you want to select
hold down the insert key and tap the left click on the num pad. this will
lock the jaws cursor and at that point you can select what you want. After
it is selected hit the insert and left click on nm pad together to unlock
jaws cursor. the problem that I had with this was that while the left mouse
click was locked jaws would not speak. Let me know if you have eany better
success with it.
