Place the JAWS cursor at the beginning of the material that you want to
select and use the NumPad to left mouse click at that point. Now, move the
JAWS cursor to the end of the material and do a SHIFT left mouse click at
that point. The material between the left mouse click and the SHIFT left
mouse click should be selected and you can copy it with a Control+ C and
Paste with a Control+ V keyboard command.
