JFW 3.3 and Windows 95

Hi listers.
I am presently using JFW 3.2 with Windows 95.  I am planning to upgrade to
JFW 3.3.  Is it necessary, or advisable to upgrade to Windows 98 as well?
I would be grateful for any input.
