actually, other screen readers have been sneering at jfw for a while
claiming they have access to the system tray when we supposedly did
not. In fact, I had a heated argument withsomeone who thought the
task tray was something else all together and was quite surprised to
find that it is infact that little area between the clock and the
first running program icon. I wish there was some kind of discernable
boundary but I think this is done intentionally. I have thought for a
long time since I traversed it pixel by pixel many times in the good
old days that the task tray as they want to call it is actually part
of the task bar.
dunno, I guess I need to read up on that one.
system tray and task tray by the way are the same tray eh?
Ahhh, but I digress. To answer your question, The graphics are still
there, they just take a bit more trucking to find. in fact, you can
get them back to almost normal by changing the behaviour of the icons
but It seems you must be sighted to do this and I cannot remember off
hand the steps it takes. Here's a problem I am having with 3.3 Often,
I will put my jaws cursor on an icon system tray or other wise and
activate the good old manual graphics labeler and hear that I am not
on a graphic at all. What are those numbers then?
