Hmmm, sorry, but I believe this is not correct. An earlier announcement made by H-J
gave the impression that version 3.31 would
be free to anyone who had version 3.3, and that it was *not* going to count against
ones SMA.
Any info on this other than some final word from H-J is only speculation.
