well, they are talking about a lot of enhancement for it to just be a
patch and the new digit usually implies an upgrade interem though it
may be. I wish they'd make an announcement about it one way or
another but judging from what I've seen in the past, with substantive
upgrading like what they are talking about, it will take a sma count
reduction to get it. I am sure it is for 3.3 users as it will not be
an upgrade from 3.2. Now that is quite strange.
