Hi, Marsha here. Yes, it is normal for JFW and ruby to be running. You don't
have to unload JFW to use Ruby. If you got any literature with your Ruby
edition, it does tell you that you don't have to unload JFW to use it. When
you close Ruby, JFW will automatically come up. Yes, that is normal.
