Do I have to do a reinstall

Hello,

I am going to need to use an external speach synth.  Does that mean I have 
to reinstall JAWS 3.3, then do I have to go get the patch again?  Also my 
external speach synth. is DoubleTalk is that the only DoubleTalk synth in 
the JFW synth. list?
