Win 98 MSCONFIG

Can someone shed light on how to tell if the check boxes are checked in
MSCONFIG, startup tab list view? I tried the JAWS cursor and echo set to
all. Can the graphics in the list view be labeled? They don't seem to have
tool tips.
Any help will be appreciated.  Tom
