> Can someone shed light on how to tell if the check boxes are checked in
> MSCONFIG, startup tab list view?
Hi Tom:
While in MSCONFIG, bring up the configuration manager (alt-6,) set graphic
verbosity to all, make sure that graphics mode is checked.
While you are in your startup list, you should be able to read two graphic
numbers before each itum; however, you might have to read them with the
insert-8 key. The first of the two numbers is the key. Graphic 309 means
that the itum is checked; graphic 358 means that it is unchecked. You can
then proceed to name each graphic number with the appropriate name.
On video cards that are not compatible with JFW, this does not work.
Hope this helps.
