This mailing list is turning into a slow chat line, with responses like
"yes" or "me too" as the only addition to the thread.
While I'm getting things off my chest: there are a few people who insist on
quoting the message they reply to before they add their two cents worth.
Nothing bothers me more. Since speech is very stream oriented, it is almost
impossible to skip all that junk--which you probably just took the time to
read in its original form--to get to the new stuff. As for me, if I hear
greater than as the first character in a message, I hit ctrl+delete.
