Hi Jim.  I too have had difficulty with this short cut key from time
to time.  I usually resolve it by Alt Tabbing to another window then
trying again.  This most often resolves the problem.  I think it has
something to do with the computer having no particular focus at the
time of pressing the hshort cut key.
